Fillmore & Western Railway

This railroad operates fun excursion rides.  There are weekend rides on Saturday and Sunday.  Various dinner trains, which include Murder Mysteries, BBQ, Family Spaghetti Westerns, and Golden State Trains; run throughout the year.

There are also special trains like the Antique Treasure Train and the Museum and Murals Train.  During October they run Pumpkinliners, which take you to our pumpkin patch.  At Christmastime you can go to the Santa Paula Tree Farm and cut down your own tree.

If you are having a special occasion, like a birthday or wedding, we will work with you to have the train for your special occasion.

For those interested in Star Trek, Fillmore and Western offers groups to charter the train and have a play/spoof performed called "Star Track."

Fillmore is located roughly a hour away from Hollywood, so many of the trains you see on TV are filmed using our trains.  Some of these include "ER," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "CSI," N*Sync's "Bye, Bye, Bye" Music Video, and "Bubble Boy."

At FWRY, I'm the bookkeeper.  I really enjoy it.  I guess I picked the right major of accounting!

Norma Nick Taylor, EA, ABA, ATA

Norma is a sole practitioner, who is semi-retired.  We do a lot of bookkeeping, monthly/quarterly financial statements, taxes (payroll, sales tax, income, etc.).

Norma also belongs to many other organizations like:  California Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals, and California Society of Enrolled Agents.
